Join your neighbors against this project. There are many ways you can help:
- VOTE NO on Measure N on June 8th. If you are not registered to vote, register online or pick up a voter registration card at the library, any post office or the Elections Office (810 Court St. in the County Administration building in Jackson). Deadline to register for the June 8th election is May 24, 2010. If you are already registered and would like to request an absentee ballot for this election, or would like to become a permanent absentee voter, please download the Vote-by-Mail Application and return to Amador County Elections by June 1, 2010.
- TALK to your neighbors and friends at church gatherings, club meetings, etc. Tell them the facts about this development. Take action now!
- DONATE to our grassroots campaign. Any amount helps.
- ENDORSE NO on Measure N. Allow us to use your name in our campaign against this development.
- WRITE to the Ledger-Dispatch, P.O. Box 1328 Jackson, CA 95642 or via email to the editor
- DOWNLOAD our FREE flyer and printable signs for your car, window or lapel.
- PLACE A YARD SIGN. We will deliver the sign to you and request an optional $5 donation to help us offset the cost of the signs.
- VOLUNTEER in our campaign. We need folks to walk neighborhoods, host neighborhood meetings, make phone calls, etc. Please call 559-3685 or email info@nogoldrush.com if you are interested in helping out.
